The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Annual Business Summit 2025, themed “Building Trust – India First”, brought together 2,500 delegates, 134 speakers, and 12 Ministers across two dynamic days of high-level dialogue. Held across two venues and featuring 35 sessions, the Summit served as a vital platform to explore India’s evolving economic role in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Representing the International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT), CEO Raimund Klein spoke at the session “From Learning to Earning: Bridging the Employability Gap” on 30 May 2025. His participation added valuable perspective to the conversation, contributing to a broader dialogue on how industry, education, and policy can come together to address the evolving needs of the workforce.
With five focused tracks — Competitive, Collaborative, Sustainable, Innovative, and Secure — the Summit explored how India can uphold trust as the foundation of its economic strategy. As global value chains shift and trade corridors are redefined, India is uniquely positioned to lead in inclusive, sustainable growth while strengthening its position as a trusted global partner.
As India strengthens its position as the world’s fastest-growing large economy, the call for next-generation reforms and responsible capitalism grows louder. INCIT remains committed to supporting these ambitions by empowering businesses — especially in manufacturing — to transform with purpose, guided by globally recognised tools like the Chỉ số sẵn sàng của ngành công nghiệp thông minh (SIRI) và Chỉ số sẵn sàng hoạt động xuất sắc (OPERI).
